Our Reusable Face Wipes are a great sustainable addition to your bathroom.
Each set contains x5 handmade wipes, which can be reused again and again. When they're dirty simply wash them, either by hand or put them in the washing machine.
The patterned side is made of 100% cotton while the cleansing side of the Reusable Wipe is made of soft bamboo flannel. This material is really good for facial cleansing as it's gently exfoliating - perfect for using with cleanser and makeup remover.
Every Face Wipe has been handmade exclusively for Dancing Barefoot Beauty by the lovely Kate at Homemade Crafts by Kate, using plastic-free materials. For the patterned side, Kate uses up left-over pieces of cotton materials that are too small for her products. And so together, we're ensuring that waste is cut to an absolute minimum*.

Why use reusable face wipes... The disposable wipes industry has boomed in recent years as one-use facial cleanser wipes and makeup remover wipes have become household staples. However, these products are made of a blend of plastic materials that do not biodegrade and, even worse, form 'fatburgs' that block up sewer systems and line riverbeds.
You can cut out the use of these highly damaging cosmetic products easily - by using our plastic-free, washable wipes that can be reused time after time.
And when they finally come to the end of their natural life, they're made of natural materials that will biodegrade, not pollute.
