Returns and Refund

 

Unwanted items:

Customers can return unwanted items to us, including gift sets, within 14 days, from the day after you receive them either via the post or collection.

All returns must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging intact. For gift sets, only complete sets can be refunded. Each component part of the set must be unopened, unused and with its original packaging intact.

Simply notify us that you wish to return the products as soon as possible and then post them back to us for a full refund of the returned goods. We will not refund the initial postage costs. You will have to cover the postage cost of returns of unwanted items.

 

Faulty goods:

We check all products before dispatch, however if you receive goods that are faulty or damaged please get in contact immediately so that we can arrange a full refund or exchange.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days-notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
