Once your online order has been received, if you have chosen Click & Collect, we will email you to arrange a suitable time. Collection is usually within a couple of days of ordering.

Packaging Materials
​​We only use packaging materials that are 100% plastic-free and made from either recycled or easily recyclable and biodegradable materials. Wherever possible, we also re-use packaging materials from orders that we have recieved from suppliers.
Your order will be posted in cardboard boxes and inside the box we use a combination of environmentally friendly packaging materials to ensure your items are protected. These include corrugated cardboard, paper, plastic-free tissue paper, wood and paper shavings and paper tape. We also use eco chips, which may look like polystyrene but are actually made of cornstarch. Yipee! They're totally biodegradable, they can go in your compost and even dissolve in water. Try them and see!

Returns and refunds
Unwanted items:
We hope you’ll be delighted with your plastic-free products. However, we understand that sometimes when things arrive they’re not what you need or were expecting. If this is the case then don’t worry, you can return your unwanted items, including gift sets, within 14 days, from the day after you receive them either via the post or collection.
All returns must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging intact. Only complete Gift Sets can be refunded. Each component part of the set must be unopened, unused and with its original packaging intact.
Simply notify us that you wish to return the products as soon as possible and then post them back to us for a full refund (minus initial shipping costs) of the returned goods.
Please note that you will have to cover the postage cost of returns of unwanted items.
​Faulty goods
We check all products before dispatch, however if you receive goods that are faulty or damaged please get in contact immediately so that we can arrange a full refund or exchange.
